Cumin roasted potatoes with preserved lemon yoghurt

This delicious side pairs just as well with roast chicken, lamb or fish with the yoghurt dressing complementing the meat.
It can also easily transform into an elegant yet hearty canape by using kipfler/fingerling potatoes.
To serve top each potato with a teaspoon of yoghurt and garnishing with an additional sprinkle of chopped herbs or small fronds.
