Have prawn cocktails ever gone out of fashion? I love the traditional version with the creamy sauce, but sometimes I just want something a little lighter with the fresh flavours of now.
The crunchy slightly anise flavour of the fresh fennel, and the sweet, tangy orange pairs brilliantly with super fresh, delicate prawns.
