Marmalade and Fennel Chicken Tray Bake

I was thinking about how many uses I have for each thing in my fridge. A jar of

marmalade is never just used for toast. I use it on cheese boards, in salad

dressings, in cakes, in muesli bars, on cheese toasties, in a cheeky cocktail or two

and very often in a marinade. I also used it in this delicious recipe we had for dinner last night.
